Experience
Mr. Foudy was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1996, the New Jersey Bar in 1999 and the New York Bar in 1999.
Prior to entering private practice Mr. Foudy was an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore City for five years where he handed thousand of cases in varying departments, many of which involved jury trials.
Because of this extensive experience, Mr. Foudy has a very through understanduing of the Criminal Justice Justice and will used that knowledge to fight for you from the early stage stages right through to the trial.
Prior to becoming a prosecutor Mr. Foudy worked for the Legal Aid Bureau, a not for profit law firm where he primarily worked on family law & childrens’ rights cases and appellate advocacy.
Education
Mr. Foudy has law degrees from both Washington University in St. Louis and George Washington University in Washington DC. This second law degree is a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree which is an advanced law degree beyond which most lawyers attain. Mr. Foudy’s LL.M. degree is in Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
